Shengzhou Hengtai Die Casting Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the largest electro-acoustic production base of Asia. It is adjacent to Hangzhou in the North and Ningbo in the east. The company is specialized in the manufacture and processing of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die castings, mold design and product research and development. Its products are widely applied to automobile accessories, decorative lights and lamps, machinery accessories, electronic appliances, electric tools, LED lightings, communication products, hardware accessories, etc. It has an annual productivity of 2,000 tons of aluminum alloy die castings. Its products meet the demands of domestic factories and are exported to America, Italy, Germany, Finland, Brazil, India, Thailand, etc.
The development history of the company: In the second half year of 2005, the preparation work for new plant construction was started and the new plant was completed in 2006. Now the company has a floor area of 20,000 square meters, an office building area of 600 square meters, a dormitory area of 1,500 square meters and 120 staff including 10 engineers and technicians. In 2007, the company passed the certification of ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System. In consideration of the development demand of the recent market, the company introduced a group of punching equipment to be specialized in the development and production of hardware stamping parts in 2011.
The company boasts its advanced and complete processing machine and equipment. It is equipped with 900T, 630T, 500T, 400T, 280T and 160T die casting machines. Its mold workshop is equipped with electric discharge machines, CNC engraving and milling machines etc. Its follow-up processing machinery includes imported CNC lathes, machining centers, sand blasting machines, instruments lathes, presses, hydraulic drilling machines, etc.
